Berkshire-based executive search and interim management specialists Eton Bridge Partners has boosted its HR and finance teams with the arrival of two new recruits.
Bringing extensive skills to his role as an HR interim specialist is Andy Montgomery. Boasting a track record of more than 14 years’ in high end executive interim resourcing and corporate managed contracts, he has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the operating practices within both in-house resourcing functions and human resources.
Emma-Claire Kavanagh, who heads up the HR and business transformation team, said: “Andy has an excellent background in the interim HR field and adds real strength to our team. He is a great fit for us because he is extremely focused on developing effective working relationships with clients. Not only is he already very well networked across the Thames Valley, but we are also looking forward to him expanding his expertise into the London market.”
Fellow newcomer is finance specialist and researcher Nick Berman, who has joined to provide support for the dedicated executive search team.
Previous roles at KPMG and a nationwide recruitment consultancy have given him an invaluable insight into this specialist area, as well as exposure to international brands and businesses across many sectors, including financial services and manufacturing.
He will be working alongside Mark Craddock, who specialises in CFO appointments. Mark commented: “Nick has excellent skills and understanding of the finance sector from his time with KPMG and this, combined with his good grounding in recruitment, mean he is a great asset to our expanding finance team.”
Eton Bridge Partners has already been ranked 16 out of 210 Interim Service Providers in their first year of operating in the IIM Interim Management Survey. The recruitment specialists have now taken on four new starters in just two months in response to continued demand from clients.
