Eton Bridge Partners has underlined its commitment to the Business Transformation market by appointing Jean-Pierre Green as a partner specialising in Executive Search.

The move is in response to increased demand from large organisations looking to recruit permanent Business Transformation professionals as the economy improves.

“Change initiatives and key projects are a constant in the modern work environment and clients require a much higher level of visibility and control over them. This in-house capability can then be bolstered through the use of dedicated Interim Business Transformation experts to bring in specific skills or to simply help with the fluidity that Programme and Project Management presents.”

“Jean-Pierre’s arrival strengthens our Business Transformation offering and I believe having a dedicated executive search partner sets us apart from our competition. He brings with him a wealth of expertise within the transformation space where he has managed a number of senior mandates, and he is very experienced at working in cross-functional roles, perfectly matching our proposition.”

Jean-Pierre, who previously led a regional Technology recruitment practice for a major global recruitment business, will specialise in roles in the £70,000 to £200,000 arena, working with clients ranging from entrepreneurial SMEs to large multinationals.

Over the last 14 years, his career has spanned recruitment in HR, Finance, Sales and Marketing and Technology, in both the UK and Singapore markets. He has a successful track record for delivering campaigns at a senior level and is very experienced at recruiting candidates for change projects.
