You might think that as a top level HR Director, having access to insightful and correct information would be a given. After all, facts and figures on performance, trends and employee engagement can make a critical difference to an organisation’s success or failure.
If a CEO needs to drive down costs, he or she wants to know the teams that make the money and the ones that don’t. And any HR Director who sits in a board meeting with the CEO and the CFO will always need good information in order to be able to fight their corner.
