Proving that first class service levels and a reputation for excellence reap their own rewards, Eton Bridge Partners has achieved an outstanding fourth place out of 130 firms considered in the Institute of Interim Management Survey 2014.
The results, based on more than 2,750 responses, scored the specialist IM provider highly in areas such as honesty and integrity, understanding the clients’ requirements and the interims’ proposition, having strong relationships and being straight talking.
Managing Partner Ashton Ward said: “We are thrilled with the results and believe they demonstrate our ability to punch above our weight in a highly-competitive and sophisticated marketplace.
“We have always prided ourselves on a reputation for quality service and a first class client experience. We see the IIM survey as a real barometer of opinion within the interim management community and, for a specialist provider to attain fourth place behind three well-established brands, is extremely gratifying.”
Already with a strong track record of providing interims in the Finance and Human Resources sectors, a key growth area for Eton Bridge Partners over the last 12 months has been Business Transformation, which is seeing increased demand as a result of improving economic growth.
Paying tribute, Ward continued: “Our success is a real team effort, everyone pulls in the same direction and has worked hard to deliver such great results.
“Thanks must go to our clients and candidates for their support and, as we continue to grow the business, I can assure them that we will never stop striving to further improve our reputation and provide an even better service in the future.”
With 15 consultants and 10 support staff, Windsor-based Eton Bridge Partners works with major blue chips and private businesses across a broad range of commerce and industry sectors.
Ad van der Rest, IIM chairman, said: “This survey provides a deep insight into the state of the interim management marketplace. The large completion rate this year was excellent, enabling us to drill down into the different sectors and present a thorough overview of activity.
“For a specialist provider such as Eton Bridge Partners to achieve such a high ranking is demonstration of the level of service and client satisfaction the team provides and it’s clear that this is what interim managers are looking for in 2014.”
