Eton Bridge Partners is adding further depth and strength to its expertise with two new appointments across its Human Resources and Research teams.
Joining the HR team as a Partner in Executive Search is Ellie Rich-Poole, who brings with her over ten years’ experience in consultancy and HR Search, including invaluable in-house expertise in the retail, consumer and leisure sectors.
In her new role, Ellie will be supporting clients with searches for HR leaders across generalist and specialist roles, as well as working with selected organisations on a long-term basis, helping them identify and nurture talented individuals.

Joining the Research team to focus on CFO searches is fellow newcomer Philip Muggeridge, an honours graduate from Aston University who has already worked for some of the world’s leading technology firms.
