I’m keen to share just a brief update from my side. It’s now 18 months since we launched our Reward Practice and are delighted with how the market has responded.
Whilst we have been recruiting Reward Leaders for years, having a specialist offering enables us to really understand the technical nuances and regulatory pressure facing the industry in much greater detail and develop our expertise accordingly.
Our aspiration is to be the go to point for the strongest Reward leadership talent; we are currently delivering FTSE and privately backed Group Reward leadership assignments and are increasingly developing a track record as a logical alternative to simply using a traditional executive search firm.
Demand for the strongest Reward talent both from an Interim and Permanent perspective remains high and indeed Reward leadership is increasingly required to possess high quality influencing and stakeholder management skills. The rigour we apply to continually researching and assessing behavioural traits is critical to our success and ultimately ensuring businesses are better equipped to deliver their Reward agenda.
