On Thursday 5th May, Eton Bridge Partners hosted our annual summer networking evening for interim managers and executive contacts.
More than 160 guests joined us on board HMS Belfast in London for conversation, wine and canapés, while watching the sun set on the Thames.
We were delighted to welcome friends old and new to this informal event and from the feedback we’ve received we know that several people were able to catch up with former colleagues and make some useful new contacts.
Many of our guests took the opportunity to enjoy a private tour of the historic warship and discover what life was like on board for the crew at war and at sea from WW2 to 1963.
This event was a great opportunity for us to say thank you to some of our interim managers and clients for their continued support throughout the year. So we were pleased to receive many positive comments from people who enjoyed the evening, including this one.
“It was nice to have a location where you could do something other than stand around chatting and for it to be a vessel with the historical connections and engineering marvels of Belfast herself made for an inspired choice.
Of course, the backdrop is nothing if the company does not sparkle and it was nice to see both guests and hosts on such good form. I was pleased to meet two former bosses and a predecessor on the evening, as well as my contacts from Eton Bridge.”
Here are just a few photos of this superb evening. Thank you again to all who came to join us and for making it such a wonderful occasion. We look forward to welcoming you again next year.
