When we established Eton Bridge Partners, my business partners and I were clear about our aim.
We wanted to create the most trusted brand in executive search and interim management.
This is our vision statement for the way we do business. When we talk about trust, we mean the trust of our clients, candidates and colleagues.
We knew from day one that we needed a team with shared values and beliefs; the kind of people we trust to deliver on the promises we make.
We now have more than 30 people, each person carefully selected to ensure they can thrive in the environment that we have created. As a group of individuals everyone has their own personal style, but collectively you will find us down to earth, approachable and refreshingly good to do business with.
This can mean that applying for a role with Eton Bridge Partners takes longer than it does for other firms. We make no apologies for this. It’s as important for those who express an interest in working with Eton Bridge Partners as it is to us, that there is a meeting of minds, whilst also ensuring we benefit from diverse thinking. So we make the time to take the right decision.
We’ve applied this methodical approach to our expansion into new services and markets; never making a move until we are convinced we can provide a level of service that will enhance our reputation. From a solid base in senior finance and HR executive search and interim management we have expanded into business transformation and board level search.
Interim management still represents two thirds of our fee income and our reputation grows stronger year-by-year. This is evidenced by our consistent ranking near the top of the annual Institute of Interim Management Survey, with particularly high scores for honesty and integrity.
Values we can live by
When it came to establishing our values we involved everyone in the company in a lively debate. Each colleague had their say and wanted to see a set of values they could live by, rather than a few sample words that would appear on an in-house poster.
We all take pride in exceeding the expectations of others. We like to be accountable. Through teamwork and tenacity, our spirit drives us to deliver our goals. Ultimately, it’s our collective approach to developing new ideas and being receptive to change that ensures we continually push the boundaries of outstanding service.
A working environment that attracts the best
Values and culture are naturally important when it comes to attracting the best talent to work for us. We also wanted to create a pleasant environment in which to work.
We invested in prime offices located in the centre of Windsor within close proximity of London, and providing easy access across the Thames Valley and beyond. Our location contributes significantly to our ability to attract and retain the best talent.
We practise what we preach when it comes to flexible working, offering a variety of family friendly working patterns to ensure that we can secure the talents of people with caring commitments. We also provide a benefits package that includes a generous holiday allowance, pension, childcare vouchers and gym membership.
