Eton Bridge Partners awarded 2nd place in Institute of Interim Management (IIM) Survey 2018

The Institute of Interim Management’s annual survey serves as a reputational benchmark of the UK’s leading Interim Service Providers.

For the past five years, Eton Bridge has consistently ranked within the top ten providers in the survey, an achievement of which we are immensely proud. This year, thanks to the overwhelming support from you, I am delighted to announce we have earned our highest ever position of 2nd place.

The survey is based not just on one year’s votes, but on a trend of activity over a number of years, reinforcing our long-standing and continued dedication to providing a first class service to our clients and candidates.

Our aim is to be the most Trusted Partner in Executive Search and Interim Management and, in line with our values of Trust, Spirit and Excellence we continue to invest in resources with the ambition of improving on this result next year!

Thank you to those who took the time to contribute to the survey and a special thank you to the team at Eton Bridge Partners who fully deserve this accolade.

I am also pleased to be able to thank and congratulate Lynne Colgate and Alison Rotundo for being recognised as two of the Leading Provider Consultants of the year in the survey.

Ashton Ward

Managing Partner

Ashton is Eton Bridge Partner’s Managing Partner. His vision for the business has always been clear; to be the most trusted partner in executive search and interim management. He is dedicated to building a strong team to fulfil this aim and in 2017 Eton Bridge Partners maintained it’s independent ranking as a top five UK firm. His earlier career was spent in London and Hong Kong in investment banking executive search, before returning to the UK to help establish a highly regarded Windsor based executive recruitment firm, which was sold to a publicly quoted group in 2007.  Ashton co-founded Eton Bridge Partners in 2010. Swimming is Ashton’s exercise of choice, and when able he swims every day. He also enjoys shooting, scuba diving, skiing, walking on the beaches of north Norfolk, spending time with his children, and supporting the Leicester Tigers and England rugby teams.
