EBP’s Marsden March: Friday 7th June 2019

Reading Time: 2 minutes

Last Friday’s Marsden March was probably the best day in the history of Eton Bridge Partners. We talk about our values of Spirit, Trust and Excellence, and clearly the EBP Spirit shone through the rain!

The reason for the walk was to support our colleague and friend Georgie Swallow, and to show our appreciation and support to the Royal Marsden Hospital for nursing Georgie back to health. We now have Georgie’s wonderful smile to look forward to every day!

Everyone was incredible; from those in the office holding the fort, to those keeping us hydrated and fuelled, those who could only come part way due to stag do’s/ children/ babies/ niggles and those who generally slogged through blisters, soggy feet and aches armed with glitter, chit-chat and positive vibes to the end to achieve 26.2 miles in an incredible 8 hours 35 minutes.

We are so unbelievably proud and grateful to be part of such a collective and determined bunch of people.

Thank you all for your kind words and donations… onto the next challenge!

From funding state-of-the-art equipment and groundbreaking research, to creating the very best patient environments, they will never stop looking for ways to improve the lives of people affected by cancer.

We appreciate you taking the time to view our fundraising efforts and are very grateful for your kind donations.
