Role:
We are keen to attract an experienced consultant to join our Business Transformation practice reporting to Steve Deverill.  As part of a dedicated specialist team, you will be responsible for business development and client delivery of interim Business Transformation assignments.

Business Transformation Practice:
Our specialist Business Transformation practice has formed strong relationships with a select group of highly regarded experts who design, implement and manage business transformation programmes.

Our team is experienced and approachable; used to facilitating board level discussions, they can provide proactive support and engagement in change programmes. Thanks to the strong relationships we share with the best professionals, we can provide an independent, cost effective alternative to consulting firms either in an interim or permanent capacity.

Expertise:
Successful business transformation requires a deep understanding of people, processes and technology. Working closely with our other practices, our BT consultants have unparalleled knowledge of all three areas and are uniquely positioned to place professionals for both functional and cross-functional transformation programmes.

Our Work:

Interim Management:
We pride ourselves on being able to deliver first class short list for clients, usually within 48 hours. Interim assignments typically range from £500 – £2,000 per day.

Candidate profile:

  • Proven recruitment track record, either with contingency permanent or contract/ interim experience
  • Experience of handling ‘change management’ assignments is preferred but not essential
  • Ambitious, driven with excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • Team player – collaboration and team work is at the heart of how we conduct our business
  • Immediate credibility with board level decision makers
  • Sense of humour
  • Based in Windsor – located next to the train station servicing Waterloo
