We are delighted to invite you to an evening networking reception on 27th September from 7:00-9:30pm, taking place at The Capital Club in Dubai’s International Finance Centre.

We will be joined by Peter Somers, experienced CEO and Ashley Boots, experienced Chief Human Resources Officer. They will share their insight on creating a high performing ExCo in a hyper-growth market where is huge competition for talent.

Peter has has more than 30 years of experience as a CEO, strategic executive, and entrepreneur in the Postal, Transport & Logistics industry, He built deep expertise in transformation, new market entry, M&A, business development and continuous improvement through innovation. Taking into account the drivers of change such as digitalisation and globalisation, this means that I always look for added value from a people-driven approach where stakeholder engagement is crucial.

Ashley has international industry experience in multiple Fortune 100 companies, having worked mainly in the emerging markets of the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Ashley’s experience has taken her across different functional areas, including Finance, Project Management, and HR. Her speciality is data-led business transformation, with a focus on culture, team enablement, and operational excellence. Ashley values diversity and is passionate about coaching and empowering others.
