David Bowen
Partner – Interim Management – Business Transformation
David has over 20 years of experience in the Interim Management and Consulting sectors, acting as a trusted partner to support a wide range of UK and global organisations to deliver against their Business Transformation and Change agendas.
A background in top-tier consulting (Accenture), industry (UBS), and over 10 years specialising in interim management has given David a crucial appreciation for his clients’ perspectives and challenges. This perspective and understanding, coupled with an energetic and personal approach, has underpinned a proven track record in building and retaining key client accounts. He is passionate about building enduring client and consultant relationships, based on strong stakeholder management at all levels, integrity, and trust, and a relentless focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Outside of work, David enjoys live music, Sunday drive-outs, travelling, trying to keep up with his – now grown-up – children, and all things cricket: playing, being chairman of his local cricket club, and experiencing the ups and downs of watching England at home and abroad whenever possible. It’s the hope that kills you!

I have worked with David over the past few years, initially as an interim contractor who helped me secure a great role and then as his client, when I needed to build a team.
David helped me build a team of interim staff with a range of skills from scratch, at a time when we had a number of transformation projects kicking off and I was in need of quality resources to help deliver these critical projects.
