Meet Jess

Jess has spent most of her career working with senior leaders within the learning and development field, whether that be in consultancy, mentoring or experiential leadership courses.

Her passion is getting to know people, and learning from their unique journeys through life, to build meaningful and long-lasting relationships. Having worked in personal assistant, events and project management capacities, she is highly organised and loves finding ways to improve processes and client experience.

Outside of work, Jess is a qualified Pilates instructor, she loves travelling off the beaten track, enjoys cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
