Meet Justin

Justin is a Partner and Head of Consulting for Eton Bridge Partners. With over 27 years experience, in both consulting and industry he is a recognised expert in organisational design, business growth to IPO, culture change, performance management and reward.

His consulting experience include being a Partner at Willis Towers Watson and a Senior Manager at EY. For seven years he successfully ran his own consulting firm, Valacirca Ltd, that specialised in organisational change, culture and reward. Clients included Marriott, Just Eat, Swiss Re (ReAssure), Bank of Valletta, Shop Direct, Virgin Money, Avon, Exxon Mobil, Coca Cola and Leidos.

Industry experience includes various HR Director roles at Lloyds Banking Group. He was the HR Director and Executive Committee member for the Commercial Division and the Retail Division (Community Banks) with HR accountability for 32,000 employees. He then became the Group Culture Director for the whole Bank.

His industry experience also includes Head of Reward at Sainsburys and various roles at Kingfisher plc. He therefore has significant experience of working in large, complex, multi-brand companies that are focused on customer service in fast-paced environments.

Outside of work, Justin is a keen weightlifter and collector of many things. This ranges from ancient art to original film props. He has been lucky to own many famous pieces from films over the years.
