Meet Katie

Katie is a Researcher within the HR Practice. She works with the consulting team to support them in finding the best candidates for each assignment.

Katie originally comes from a performing background, graduating from Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts with a degree in Musical Theatre, which helped her develop great communication skills, she also enjoys building strong relationships with people at all levels. Prior to joining Eton Bridge Katie was responsible for recruiting the 2018 intake for the graduate sales academy with an FMCG business, prior to this role Katie worked in the ‘new business’ team covering the south east region.

In her spare time, Katie teaches yoga and pilates and is currently Vice Chair of the Beaconsfield Musical and Operatic Society. She directed their production of Sweeney Todd and performs regularly with theatre groups in the area.

Proud moment

Running the London Marathon after training for 12 weeks having never run before, to raise money for the Childhood Eye Cancer Trust.

If I could interview anyone

I would choose Judy Garland – A Star is Born is my favourite film and she would have some amazing stories.
