Lucy specialises in both executive search and interim management within our HR practice, with a specialist focus on the reward. She has spent the majority of her career delivering senior-level reward mandates across a variety of organisations and has a particularly strong network within the Financial and Professional Services arena. Lucy’s core specialisms are Total reward, Executive compensation, Regulation and Governance, Deferred compensation, Benefits and Wellbeing.
Following a degree in Psychology, Lucy moved straight into recruitment where she helped establish an Insurance practice for a niche recruitment firm. Having spent the last 7 years purely focused within reward, Lucy has an excellent knowledge of the practice and has enjoyed witnessing the journey that reward has been through over the years and supporting both candidates and clients through this transition. Lucy believes Reward is a fascinating discipline to be in right now and it is instrumental that reward professionals work closely with Diversity & Inclusion colleagues to ensure that reward philosophies apply to a diverse workforce, as this will be critical in the attraction and retention of key talent and ultimately, business success.
Lucy’s approachable and friendly style allows her to create long-lasting relationships with her network. She has a keen eye for detail and invests time in understanding organisations and their culture to create a solid partnership and offer effective solutions. Lucy has a personal interest in D&I and will ensure that this is a focus for every mandate.
Outside of work, Lucy likes to keep herself active and has partaken in numerous sporting events including the London Marathon and Tough Mudder. She will be the first to sign herself (and colleagues) up for charity fundraisers. By her own admission, she’s not the best cook but Lucy loves exploring new restaurants and trying different cuisines and when she has time.
