As Candidate Manager within the Business Transformation & Technology Practice, Lucy works closely with the team supporting them with their live assignments to source the highest calibre candidates for our interim clients. Lucy was previously an Executive Assistant, where she built strong relationships with our Business Transformation & Technology Associate Network, resulting in her promotion from Executive Assistant to Candidate Manager.

In her spare time, Lucy loves to travel whenever she gets the time and socialising with friends and family. She has a particular love for cheese, but generally enjoys healthy eating and keeping fit!

I have been very fortunate to have travelled to over 30 different countries, keeping the count higher than my age 🙂

Most memorable day

Hiking through the mountains and rice fields in Sa Pa (north Vietnam), staying with a local tribe family and experiencing a version of life that is completely different to my own. It’s the reason I love travelling!
