Meet Philippa

Philippa brings over twenty years’ experience in executive search, delivering senior appointments for FTSE, PE-backed and international companies. She has worked across a variety of functions and industries including, technology & digital, HR, Financial Services, consumer, property and retail.

Philippa began as a graduate with a tier one international search firm in their International Technology Practice working on a wide range of software, dotcom and technology functional roles before moving to a more specialised boutique firm where she delivered searches across a range of private sector clients, with a strong emphasis on ED&I. She has also lived and worked in the Middle East as HR Manager Kuwait for a global shipping and logistics firm before returning to the UK to resume her search career and has finally put down roots with her family in Wiltshire.

Philippa has a BSc from Leeds University, an MSc in Animal Behaviour from Exeter University and is qualified in Harrison Assessments.

Outside of work, when not looking after her children and a very old house, Philippa loves getting out and about on her horse.
