Meet Sam

Sam is a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in public practice and corporate accounting. His skills include financial reporting, financial analysis, and strategic planning. He strives to provide powerful insights, assisting all parts of the business in making better-informed decisions.

Originally hailing from New Zealand, where he completed his Bachelor’s Degree from the Victoria University of Wellington majoring in Finance and Accounting, Sam has recently relocated to the United Kingdom.

Outside of work, Sam is an avid follower of sports (particularly when New Zealand is playing), with his favourites being Rugby, Cricket, and Basketball. He likes to stay active by playing sports, getting up into the mountains to go skiing, or getting out with his camera.

If you could interview anyone, who would it be and why?

Bruce Mclaren (the founder of the Mclaren F1 team). He embodied the “can-do” spirit many associate with the Kiwi attitude —resilient, innovative, and unafraid to take risks. Being able to discuss the hurdles he faced in establishing the McLaren team and how he overcame the adversities he faced would be inspiring.
