Meet Tara

With more than 20 years’ experience in recruitment, Tara has enjoyed a diverse career, utilising her breadth of experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies and HR development projects; both as part of a HR function and for several leading executive search firms.

Tara has a depth of experience in Executive and Director level search at both a national and international level. She has successfully completed senior appointments for clients within the UK, USA, Asia Pac and Europe, conducting searches across publicly quoted, private equity backed and privately owned businesses.

During her earlier career, Tara spent several years working in Procurement and Supply in both the manufacturing and service sectors. She began her career in recruitment at a boutique firm focused on Procurement and Supply Chain in 2001, and subsequently specialised in Executive Search.

Tara lives in the Hampshire countryside with her husband and their two labradoodles, Dottie and Stan. In her spare time, she has been renovating the home she and her husband bought just before lockdown, where she has since developed a passion for decorating and gardening. Tara is also actively involved, as a trustee, of a Hampshire based charity providing a facility for children and family summer camps.
