Inclusion & Diversity
We are committed to supporting organisations to build diverse leadership teams and develop inclusive cultures. We work hard to proactively identify diverse candidates and increase representation through recruitment. We value diversity in all its forms and believe strongly in the impact of empowering individuals to bring their whole selves to work.
We keep our finger on the pulse of the wider conversation on inclusion and how this applies to leadership and talent acquisition. We know we are in a genuinely privileged position, meeting people from all walks of life and communities, and we actively promote the dialogue through our webinars, podcasts, and events.
To ensure that our commitment to Inclusion and Diversity is more than just words, we’re proud to partner with Black Woman in HR, a community that fosters connections of all kinds; friendship, professional mentoring, networking, and sharing best practices in the workplace.
Identifying diverse talent
We proactively identify diverse candidates enabling our clients to increase representation across all protected characteristics through their recruitment activity, as well as promoting other diverse characteristics such as socio-economic background.
Research shows that the most successful leadership teams are diverse, and we can flex our search, assessment and shortlisting processes to meet specific inclusion or diversity requirements.
Our in-house research team have extensive experience of finding a broad range of candidates from sources outside of the traditional networking sites.
Attracting diverse talent
We advise clients on how to build and run an inclusive process, starting with defining the role profile through to assessment, interview and offer stage.
We work hard to attract diverse talent and take a highly personal approach to engaging each individual. From using inclusive language, imagery and communication through to articulating the appropriate flexible benefits and package details. We are also able to guarantee interviews for individuals from under-represented groups.
Eliminating bias
We combine continuous training with a clear approach to help eliminate bias.
Our consultants all understand the difference between positive action and positive discrimination and advise clients on measures that will increase representation through recruitment. Regularly attending training sessions to understand and recognise bias, market trends and equality legislation, means we keep challenging ourselves, as well as our clients, to think differently and introduce candidates outside the obvious talent pools.
The role being sourced was complex and in high demand across industries. Overall, Eton Bridge did a fantastic job, presenting a wide range of highly qualified and diverse candidates. Ultimately, we were able to acquire the perfect individual for the role.
