Our purpose is to ‘put people at the heart of business’ and for us, that means ensuring a high level of respect and care for our colleagues, clients and candidates.

Our values are at the heart of our business – for us they’re not just a few words on a poster, they drive how we do business and how we support each other to be successful.

We’re family-friendly and believe that when you have your work and life in balance, you’ll perform at your best.

  • Nine-day fortnight: we work a nine-day fortnight, (a first for our sector we think!), every other Friday you’ll be off work – giving you the time to take some well-earned space for yourself.
  • Generous holiday allowance: we believe that for our people to be happy, healthy and high-performing, they need to have holidays. Coupled with the nine-day fortnight, this gives you the space to have time with family and friends.
  • Private healthcare: we want you to have access to the care you need, so we have a comprehensive healthcare plan. You can also add family members to the cover to ensure everyone is well looked after.
  • Subsidised gym membership: a healthy body means a healthy mind and we give our people a contribution towards a gym membership or other exercise subscriptions.

Our benefits package has been put together to ensure you have the support you need to be successful and the time you need to take care of your family. We also support our people when the unexpected happens with Income Protection Insurance and a Death in Service cover.

Our events

We enjoy spending time together to celebrate our success and to support our charity partners.

You’ll have celebrations with your team, as well as regular company events to get us all together and to bring our families into the fold.

  • Year-Start: in January we’ll go off-site together to start the year with a bang. We’ll talk about our intentions as a business for the year and focus on how we can collaborate effectively to enable our success.
  • Summer party: in the summer we’ll kick off our away day with a challenge or activity before having a BBQ and drinks in the sunshine (hopefully!).
  • Kid’s Christmas party: no matter what their background, our people love our kid’s party. We invite you and your family to our Windsor office to enjoy some food and festive activities. Santa and his elves make an appearance for a truly special event.
  • Company festive party: we’ll get together at the end of the year to eat and be merry! This is an opportunity to let our hair down and celebrate our success – you can also bid for some unique prizes and experiences in our charity auction.
