Practice Leads
Our Practice Leads are drivers of growth in our business, you’ll be helping to build out a new practice area for us, taking full responsibility for delivering against budget, deciding on the go-to-market strategy and leading our people to help them realise their potential.
Partners
Our Partners are experts in their field, working with our clients and candidates to define their needs and leading our teams to deliver the exceptional service that Eton Bridge is known for. Our Partners can either be seasoned recruiters or industry experts with a depth of knowledge in their functional areas.
Associate Partners
Our Associate Partners are consultants building their brand, expertise and gravitas in the senior talent market. They are well-supported by their managers to build their businesses and have the opportunity to join our Pathway Programme, a year-long, eight-module development programme which gives them all the tools they need to be successful in the market.
Researchers and Candidate Managers
Our Research teams are integral to the delivery of our award-winning service, they work with the consultants to source the best talent in the market to meet our clients’ needs. They work on our retained searches and our Candidate Managers support consultants to keep in touch with our network of Interims.
Executive Assistants
Our EAs are the backbone of our business, ensuring that our clients, candidates and colleagues have everything they need to be successful.
Support Team
Our Support Teams in Finance, People, Marketing and Operations ensure that our business runs efficiently. There are a variety of roles with the potential for progression and development.
