Alice is known for providing an efficient and well-organised experience for both clients and candidates, ensuring any search process is not only successful but enjoyable at the same time. She delivers with a focus on authenticity and building strong relationships based on transparency and trust.

Outside of work Alice is a ‘proud’ supporter of Wales rugby and loves nothing more than a day at the cricket.

Proud moment

I get a sense of pride from the travels I do alone which most recently involved volunteering for a charity supporting migrants in Calais.

Childhood aspirations

I wanted to star in musicals on the West End. Only held back by being tone deaf and having two left feet.
