Alison specialises in delivering senior level finance interim solutions within PE, private and FTSE clients operating across all industries and company sizes. She has a particularly strong reputation within the services, software and FMCG sectors.
She has been successfully operating in the interim finance market for over 18 years and prides herself on her network and reputation, with many candidates becoming clients and vice versa. As a consequence, Alison’s extensive network stretches nationwide and internationally.
Alison is proud of her accomplishment of being recognised as a leading interim provider consultant of 2017 as seen in the Institute of Interim Management Survey. She began her career in recruitment in 1999 and previously worked for two major international finance recruitment businesses where she achieved considerable success.
Alison enjoys visiting vineyards with her husband and has a passion for interior design. Before the arrival of her two boys, she was a keen netball player, but now her weekends are filled with training for half marathons and bike rides with the family.
