Arika is Researcher supporting the CFO and Finance practice. She has a background in account management and marketing and is a graduate of Loughborough University. Arika’s strong people and communications skills enable her to quickly build professional relationships with clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Arika enjoys socialising with friends and family, especially over good food and cocktails. As well as keeping active at the gym, Arika also enjoys spending her free time running after her nieces and nephews.

Proud moment

My proudest moment was completing the Duke of Edinburgh Award including the Diamond Challenge to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the DofE.

Childhood aspirations

When I was growing up, I wanted to be a dancer, because I liked to be creative, I loved to express myself through movements and music. I also wanted to be able to travel the world doing it.
