Meet Arika

Arika is a Researcher specialising in the Finance practice. Since joining Eton Bridge Partners in 2020, she has supported the permanent recruitment team and recently transitioned to the interim side to further develop candidate-client relationships. Over this time, Arika has managed a wide range of senior-level searches, sourcing candidates both through our extensive network and across the broader market, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates.

With a background in account management, marketing, and having been an executive assistant at Eton Bridge, Arika’s strong interpersonal and communication skills enable her to quickly build professional relationships and provide a highly effective service.

Outside of work, Arika enjoys socialising with friends and family, especially over great food and cocktails. She also stays active by going to the gym and loves spending her free time running around after her nieces and nephews.
