Meet Charlotte

Charlotte is passionate about finding the right long-term solutions for senior level search assignments. Before joining Eton Bridge she spent five years as a senior researcher with a boutique executive search practice, working across a number of different international industries, but with particular expertise in consumer-focused sectors. Clients she has worked with include: John Lewis Partnership, Arcadia Group, Scottish and Southern Energy and Reckitt Benckiser. She was also selected to handle key appointments for the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games (LOCOG) in preparation for London 2012.

Charlotte’s early career included the specialist recruitment of Oxford and Cambridge graduates into the financial sector.

Originally from Cornwall, Charlotte achieved an MA (Hons) in Geography at the University of Cambridge. She enjoys a wide range of cultural activities, with a particular passion for musical theatre, and is an avid reader. She takes a keen interest in technology and keeping up with the latest trends in the world of digital entertainment.

My proudest moment was a charity swim raising money for Cancer Research.

Favourite era

If I could travel back in time, I’d travel back to the 1920s because it is portrayed as a time of great hope, change and excitement. Everything from the music and fashion, to architecture and literature of that time has had such enduring popularity that it would be great to experience it first-hand.

I have been fortunate enough to secure both of my last 2 roles through the team at Eton Bridge. Charlotte, Kat and Olivia are an absolute pleasure to work with as they seamlessly harmonise the needs of their client with the aspirations of the candidate. This for me is the alchemy in Executive Search and isn’t always prevalent. Beyond this, they maintain regular contact with their candidates during ongoing search processes and after placing candidates within organisations. It is this human approach that differentiates them in the market.
