Meet CJ

As Chief People Officer, CJ ensures that everyone at EBP delivers on our promise to our clients and candidates. After starting her career as an Officer in the British Army, she undertook roles across the people space – from leadership development, to people consultancy, EVP development and early careers recruitment.

CJ is passionate about helping people and organisations realise their potential and has a particular interest in diversity and inclusion, ensuring that everyone has opportunity, no matter what their background.

CJ is Mum to Jessica and they love spending time at theme parks, challenging themselves on the fastest rollercoasters, skiing and going on holidays with friends. CJ is big into running and likes to balance all the exercise with good food and the odd glass of wine!
