As Chief People Officer, CJ leads the development of our high support and high performance culture. Her focus is helping our people to develop so they can achieve their potential and support the continued growth of the business.

CJ began her career as an Officer in the British Army and later moved into a range of people-focused roles covering leadership development and people consultancy.

She is also a Partner in our Consulting Practice, where she supports clients with cultural change, organisational design, and people transformation.

Away from work, CJ is Mum to Jessica, and they love spending time at theme parks, skiing and going on holidays with friends. CJ is a keen runner and enjoys balancing all that exercise with good food and the occasional glass of wine.
