Meet Claire

Claire is a highly experienced executive consultant with over 17 years experience in recruitment. With a background as a HR professional at Cranfield School of Management, Claire has a deep understanding of her clients’ needs, and brings a consultative approach with a passion for providing high quality service.

A Masters graduate who studied in her native Cork and subsequently Belfast, Claire’s earlier career saw her spending 10 years with a global recruitment firm, specialising in permanent HR into the professional services sector. After 10 successful years working with her clients in London, she spent 7 years as a key member growing the interim division of an education membership organisation, placing interim senior leadership teams into the FE sector.

Claire is a keen and enthusiastic sport-lover, enjoying challenges in running, cycling and skiing events. When not doing sport herself, she spends most of her time at the sidelines of pitches following her 2 sporty boys around!
