Eleanor is part of our HR practice, with a focus on reward leadership roles. Prior to joining Eton Bridge, she spent 14 years with a top-tier boutique firm where she led searches across a number of corporate functions before building a specialism in reward and establishing herself as a key expert in that market. She has advised publicly quoted clients across a wide range of sectors. Her approach is talent-led, placing emphasis on exceptional assessment of individuals.

A passionate advocate for Diversity and Inclusion, Eleanor has established a broad network of best-in-class female talent. She has also pioneered flexible working and shared parental leave in her career, alongside coaching returning mothers back into the workforce. She is a dedicated champion of dual-career families, keen to support clients and candidates who share her vision of an outcomes-focused, flexible future.

Eleanor started her career in retail with Marks & Spencer, holding store management roles after graduating from Newnham College, University of Cambridge with an MA in History.

Outside of work, Eleanor can generally be found at the side of a football pitch cheering on her two sons. With her husband, she loves to travel and they look forward to showing the boys a bit more of the world as they get older.

Proud moment

I recently competed in my first Hyrox event. It’s a combination of running and functional fitness – something I never imagined I could do, but I loved it. I plan to do another Hyrox this year and am looking for more fitness challenges to conquer!

Most memorable day

It’s a cliche, but probably my wedding day. It was so special to be surrounded by everyone we love. I was lucky enough to get married at St Paul’s Cathedral so I still get a buzz every time I see St Paul’s in pictures or on TV.
