As an Associate Partner Ellie supports candidates and clients across senior leadership placements within the Interim CFO & Finance Practice. She looks to add value to Eton Bridge Partners through her experience in working within the recruitment industry in her previous role, offering a high level of service.

She is a fantastic communicator and is passionate about supporting candidates throughout their career journey. Ellie looks to build long-term relationships and support the current partnerships across the Eton Bridge network.

In her (little) spare time, Ellie supports the growth and development of her most cherished clients, her two daughters. As a family they love travelling and exploring new places, most recently she climbed Ben Nevis and enjoyed a week in Scotland’s beautiful Highlands. She loves to read and tries to fit in training, whether that’s at the gym or going for a run up the Long Walk in Windsor.

Childhood aspirations

I wanted to be a Crime Scene Investigator growing up, mainly as I loved watching “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation”; I even geared my GCSE’s towards it. Then I watched “The Real CSI” and I learned that real crime scenes take weeks to process, so I lost interest pretty quickly.
