Meet Emily

Emily has over a decade of expertise in executive search, identifying and placing senior talent across a range of sectors. After graduating from the University of Exeter with a degree in Russian, Emily developed her career in a number of supporting roles within recruitment and consultancy. She has most recently been working within the Health sector, supporting board and senior level appointments nationwide within the NHS.

Emily previously spent 5 years within the Board Practice at Eton Bridge Partners. Emily is committed to building authentic candidate relationships and supporting a thorough delivery process based on targeted and structured research.

In her spare time, she enjoys running, travelling with her young family, and has been involved in several sepsis awareness campaigns through her involvement with charity Sepsis Research.

Being a member of a steering group for a Sepsis Research priority setting partnership that was published in multiple medical journals and presented in the House of Commons and the Royal College of Emergency Medicine.
