Georgia specialises in Reward roles within the HR practice. She joined the Board practice at Eton Bridge Partners in 2018, before transitioning across to HR in 2021 to further develop her interest in the sector. During that time, she has managed a broad range of senior-level searches across both teams, from Marketing Director to General Counsel, and Head of Talent to HR Director.

More recently, Georgia has chosen to specialise in covering the breadth of the Reward function; focusing on executive remuneration, broader compensation, performance management, benefits, wellbeing, recognition & governance. With a passion for the value that adopting a Total Rewards approach can add, Georgia understands that Reward is a critical tool used to effectively retain, attract, and support a more productive workforce. She looks to source Reward leaders who can truly build strategies in alignment with business goals, such that Reward drives continuous improvement across the organisation and fuels high performance cultures.

With a positive approach in and out of the office, Georgia takes great satisfaction in sourcing hard to find skill sets, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. Prior to Eton Bridge, Georgia worked in Client Services, strengthening her keen eye for detail and passion for working with people.

In her spare time, Georgia enjoys travelling abroad, reading, cooking and football.

Proud moment

I’m proud to say that I am 20 years free of cancer!

A woman stands outdoors smiling with a bird on her head and another bird eating from her hand. She is wearing a white sleeveless shirt, ripped shorts, and carrying a red and yellow backpack—perhaps taking a break from HR practice research to enjoy nature's company.

Childhood aspirations

Both sets of my grandparents owned pubs/hotels, so I always wanted to have my own one day – never say never!
