Georgina joined Eton Bridge Partners because she believes in a people-centric approach focusing on long-term relationships and meaningful impact. She specialises in interim management with the HR practice and has over 12 years of experience recruiting within the HR industry.

With over a decade in interim management, Georgina enjoys delivering results at pace and offering innovative solutions. Over the years she has built relationships with a wide talent pool within HR, particularly in the senior interim field.

Georgina has an impressive track record introducing senior interim HR professionals to clients in industries including financial/professional services, not-for-profit, consumer, and technology/online. She enjoys acting as an extension of a client brand and becoming a trusted advisor with a genuine care for what she does.

Originally from the North, Georgina moved down to London in 2014 after graduating from Nottingham Trent University and now lives in Surrey. Outside of the office she is kept very busy by her two gorgeous boys Freddie & Lennon who are 18 months apart in age. Georgina enjoys staying active, whether that’s outdoor activities with her boys or going to the gym, yoga & spin classes.

Most memorable day

Seeing the largest waterfall system in the world, Iguazu falls in Argentina, on Christmas Day. (Aside from the birth of my two boys of course).
