Isabel is a Candidate Manager within Eton Bridge Partners’ Business Transformation team, working closely alongside the consultants to support searches and build strong candidate networks. She works closely with the firm’s existing network while actively developing new relationships to identify and connect with high-calibre transformation professionals. She enjoys speaking with people every day, building trusted relationships, and staying close to the market to understand the latest talent and trends.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, with regular trips home to Scotland, and is a passionate supporter of Scottish rugby. She also enjoys golf and training for her next marathon, always looking for a new time goal to chase.

Crossing the finish line of my first official marathon. After 12 weeks of solo training and pushing through every mental barrier, it was a proud moment that sparked a new obsession with chasing better times and bigger goals.

Being completely surprised by my partner with a beautiful engagement at Gleneagles in Scotland. An unforgettable moment made even more special because, for once, the planner in me, knew nothing!
