John specialises in recruiting senior technology leadership and interim specialists. He brings over a decade of executive search experience, primarily focused on Technology and Transformation, sourcing talent for major change programmes around people, processes and systems.
John joined from a Big 4 Consultancy where he was part of the in-house senior recruitment team sourcing Partner and Director level talent. Prior to that he grew the Technology, Finance and Risk change teams in a specialist search firm. His consultative approach to building relationships enables to him to build a deep understanding of the strategic challenges facing our clients and match the best suited candidates.
Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his family and trying to entertain 3 young sons. He is a fan of all sports, with a particular passion for football – although it is more of a watching brief nowadays!
