Katrina joined Eton Bridge as she believed in the same philosophy of building relationships and being a trusted partner for your business.

Katrina’s 18 years of executive search experience means she has an incredibly large and diverse talent pool to draw upon, even before she starts an assignment. Katrina brings a strong reputation in the HR community, and therefore the passive jobseeker she approaches outside of her network is always willing to have a conversation.

Katrina has an impressive track record in delivering high-end HR leadership and board-level roles in PE and VC backed organisations, FSTE 100, 250 and 350 and AIM listed firms. Katrina has loyal clients, particularly within financial and professional services and technology. She thoroughly enjoys finding the best possible talent for some of the most highly-rated organisations globally. If you ask her clients what they think about Katrina’s service, they would say she genuinely cares and is involved throughout the whole process. She gives advice, challenges when appropriate, and gets the job done.

Having grown up in Manchester in a working class family, Katrina is passionate about educating businesses on the benefits of social mobility and inclusion in the workplace. She enjoys working with firms that are forward-thinking and innovative when it comes to diversity and inclusion.

As a mother of 2 young boys, in her spare time, Katrina mentors senior female leaders entering back into the workplace post-maternity. Outside of work Katrina runs around after her 3 boys (2 kids and a husband!). She loves running, completing numerous marathons, and is a secret lover of burpees!

A family of four dressed as Power Rangers poses indoors at a party. The adults wear matching red costumes, the young child wears a blue outfit, and the older child is in a red costume holding a toy, while one of the parents talks about their latest project in HR Executive Search.

Proud moment

My proudest moment was completing three marathons, one under 4 hours, raising money for The Alzheimer’s Society.

Three women sit side by side, smiling at the camera. The woman on the left wears a green dress, the woman in the middle is in a black strapless dress, and the woman on the right wears a lacey black top—perfectly capturing the diversity seen in HR Executive Search settings.

Most memorable day

My most memorable day was my wedding day. In my happy place, St Andrews with all my friends and family.

I have been fortunate enough to secure both of my last 2 roles through the team at Eton Bridge. Charlotte, Kat and Olivia are an absolute pleasure to work with as they seamlessly harmonise the needs of their client with the aspirations of the candidate. This for me is the alchemy in Executive Search and isn’t always prevalent. Beyond this, they maintain regular contact with their candidates during ongoing search processes and after placing candidates within organisations. It is this human approach that differentiates them in the market.

Katrina gave me the confidence I needed to see the value I could add, and supported me through the interview process, including when she was on leave. I was delighted to be offered the role, and it turned out to be an excellent match. A year later I can confidently say it’s the best job I’ve ever had! In part because Katrina also placed an exceptional CPO for me to learn from. I’m excited for the year to come!

The CPO recruitment was a positive experience, and a very successful process. After agreeing a brief, the long list, and then list of people we interviewed gave contrasting candidates, helping us to narrow down to the two whom we progressed.
The advice from Katrina in securing our preferred candidate, especially around package negotiations and addressing key questions on both sides was excellent. The whole process went smoothly, and quickly led to securing our number one pick for the role.
