Meet Laura

Laura is a Delivery Consultant who is passionate about building strong, trusted relationships and delivering consistently high-quality results. Laura combines strong attention to detail with her ability to listen and understand what both clients and candidates need, ensuring expectations are clear and outcomes are aligned from the outset. Her natural warmth and professionalism help create positive experiences throughout the recruitment process. A true team player, Laura works collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and candidates, playing a key role in ensuring searches run smoothly and successfully. Her commitment to quality delivery and candidate care helps ensure every assignment achieves the best possible outcome

Before joining Eton Bridge Partners, Laura earned a BA (Hons) in Musical Theatre from the prestigious Arts Educational Schools, London, and enjoyed an 8-year career in professional musical theatre. Her experience includes international tours and West End performances in hit shows such as We Will Rock You and Mamma Mia!. This background has given her creativity, confidence, and adaptability – qualities she brings to her role every day.

Outside of work, Laura loves spending time with her family and keeping up with her three children. She also keeps her passion for the arts alive by running her own independent stage school in West London at weekends.
