Meet Laura

As Candidate Manager within the HR Practice, Laura’s role is to develop strong relationships across the interim HR community and resource the highest-calibre candidates for our interim clients. Laura brings sixteen years of experience in Executive Search and Interim Management, having previously worked as a Researcher for a number of top-tier global Executive Search businesses, and latterly as Head of Research and Executive Researcher for two leading specialist Interim Management providers. Laura has conducted interim and permanent searches across a wide range of sectors and international jurisdictions, for board level, functional head and technical specialist remits.

Laura has a strong track record of sourcing and delivering talent within in the HR arena, having worked for a boutique HR Search, Selection and Interim Management specialist for six years, and maintaining an ongoing focus on senior HR roles thereafter. Laura prides herself on long-term, proactive relationship building with candidates and an unerring commitment to quality and professionalism.

Laura is an English graduate from Exeter University, and in her spare time still enjoys literature, as well as studying history of art. Laura lives in Kingston-upon-Thames with her husband and two daughters, and has recently developed a skill in arts, crafts, glitter and sticker-related activities! Time allowing, she also enjoys circuit-based and HIIT training to keep fit and active.
