Meet Louis

Louis started his career in France as an in-house recruiter for an international industrial company, focusing on the top engineering school graduates. He then joined the Executive Search sector and worked as a Researcher, Head of Research and Junior Consultant for two renowned firms in Paris. He worked across a wide range of companies and roles, in the industrial sector, start-ups, public sector and services.

After 5 years of consolidating his Parisian network, he moved to the UK to specialise in senior HR roles.

Born in France and raised between London and the French countryside, Louis graduated in HR Management in the Université de Lorraine.

Making the most of his double culture, Louis spends most of his free time cooking French gastronomy recipes while watching English football games (but less the other way round!), he also plays the guitar and drums, and enjoys his running and boxing sessions.

Joined the EBP team in 2020

Proud moment

My proudest moment was when I was 17; I won a contest with my Indie rock band and played a gig in front of 5000 people, near Bar-le-Duc. Unfortunately, we didn’t survive our growing fame in the East of France and split up the next year!

Favourite era

Not the most original of ideas, I know, but I would have loved to have been present at the genesis of the Bauhaus art school and movement.

When a specific role was available Louis, through his work & understanding and trust with the client, was able to inform and prepare me for engagement which led to a positive outcome. I would recommend anyone looking for a role in HR to engage with Louis, his passion for his work and attention to the candidate was a clear ‘stand out’ for me.
