Since joining Eton Bridge Partners in 2013, Louise has been an integral part of the business’s growth journey. Now, as Head of Talent, she is dedicated to attracting, hiring, and retaining the very best talent across the organisation. Louise joined Eton Bridge Partners in the Research function, working up to Partner level she now has over 10 years of experience in the Executive Search space. She has worked across a broad spectrum of senior leadership positions on both the search and interim side of the market.

Louise graduated with first class honours from Bath University, starting her career in business development within the travel sector.
