Having joined Eton Bridge Partners in the Research function and working up to Partner level, Louise has over 10 years of experience in the Executive Search space. She has worked across a broad spectrum of senior leadership positions, with a core focus on market intelligence, headhunting, networking and candidate care. Having been with the business since 2013 and been a core part of the growth journey at Eton Bridge Partners, her focus is now on internal hiring; attracting and retaining the very best talent in the market across the organisation.

Louise graduated with first class honours from Bath University, starting her career in business development within the travel sector.

Proud moment

My proudest moment was running the Brighton Marathon in 2017 on one of the hottest days of the year. My first and last marathon distance run !

Favourite era

If I could travel back to any era, I’d go to the 1920s. I really like art deco design and The Great Gatsby is one of my favourite books.
