As Candidate Manager within the Business Transformation Practice, Lucy works closely with the team supporting them with their live assignments to source the highest calibre candidates for our interim clients. Lucy has worked within the team since 2017 and has developed deep relationships with our candidates across the breadth of the Transformation space. She prides herself on maintaining these relationships and is always happy to have a chat.

In her spare time, Lucy loves to travel whenever she gets the time as well as socialising with friends and family. She has a particular love for cheese but generally enjoys a balanced diet and keeping fit!

Most memorable day

Hiking through the mountains and rice fields in Sa Pa (north Vietnam), staying with a local family and experiencing a version of life that is completely different to my own. It’s the reason I love travelling!
