Lynley specialises in delivering senior tax and treasury mandates both within executive search and interim management. Her main focus is on delivering roles from £90,000 – £300,000 base salaries, and interim appointments between £500 and £2,000 per day.

Lynley partners with a wide range of clients across the globe; from start-ups looking to appoint their first leadership tax and treasury roles, to global blue-chip organisations across all sectors within commerce and industry.

She has a strong reputation in tax and treasury, with an impressive track record for delivering key hires on an interim and search basis at a senior level. Lynley has been successfully operating in the tax and treasury space for seven years and prides herself on the strength of her network, down to earth approach, and delivery to clients with a focus on aligning individual needs for the most effective solutions.

Lynley’s previous role as a Chartered Accountant including six years of corporate tax experience (in Big 4 and industry) brings a wealth of knowledge, affiliations, and connections within the finance industry, coupled with unparalleled insight into candidate’s capability, skillset and commercial acumen.

In her spare time Lynley enjoys running, keeping fit and when able travelling with friends.
