Marcus Shah
Partner – Interim Management – CFO & Finance
Marcus is responsible for delivering interim management solutions for Private Equity clients by supporting both funds and their portfolio throughout the investment lifecycle. He has significant experience in advising boards and hiring CFOs and their direct reports in large-cap and high growth Private Equity-backed businesses, in addition, to publicly listed corporates.
He places a great emphasis on trust, strong relationships, and positive results. This customer-centric approach has resulted in him developing an extensive and trusted network. Marcus has also gained qualifications in both NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) and Life Coaching which have complimented his style and enabled him to better understand his customers.
Marcus lives near Henley with his wife Lucy and two young sons. He is a qualified RFU coach and spends his Sundays coaching his son’s local rugby team. Marcus is a keen sportsman with particular interests in football, rugby, golf and clay-pigeon shooting.
