As a passionate executive search specialist, who thoroughly loves her job, Martha supports clients in finding top-tier CFOs and finance professionals who align with their strategic goals. With experience working across both listed, private equity-backed, and privately owned businesses, Martha recognises the different challenges organisations face.

With over 13 years focusing on senior finance leadership hiring across CFO and CFO-1 levels.  Martha is passionate about building genuine relationships and ensuring that every search is conducted with integrity and transparency. Her approach is built on honesty, kindness, and a deep understanding of each client’s unique needs. This people-first approach is something she deeply believes in and strives to maintain.

Outside of work, Martha is an avid ultra-marathon runner, which keeps her driven and focused and has taught her never to be afraid of a challenge.

Proud moment

Deciding to put that I am dyslexic on my signature at work. I realised that for years I had apologised for it but learning to be open and own my neuro diversity, and hopefully help others was a proud (and scary) moment for me.

Most memorable day

Completing my first 100km ultra, it was honestly the hardest thing I have ever done. I thought it would be the moment I realised that there are things I just cannot do, but instead it made me realise that we are capable of anything that we put our minds to.
