Niruban brings over 16 years’ experience partnering with Founders, Venture Capital and Private Equity firms to build high-performing technology teams. He has deep expertise across Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Data, and Product, with a particular focus on strengthening the senior leadership cohort.

Niruban’s track record spans the full lifecycle of company growth, from early-stage buildouts to scaling established businesses. His core focus is on hiring and developing the critical layer beneath the C-suite, including senior individual contributors, managers and heads of function who translate executive vision into execution. Whether supporting large-scale transformation, organisational change or new product development, Niruban is especially passionate about strengthening the leadership layer, recognising its critical role in driving sustainable growth, technical excellence and organisational culture.

Having built and successfully exited his own recruitment business, Niruban brings a strong commercial perspective and first-hand understanding of leadership challenges. With experience spanning search, interim, embedded talent solutions and outsourced consultancy, he takes a consultative, solution-led approach to hiring, aligning talent strategy with long-term business goals.

Outside of work, Niruban is a proud dad and family man. He’s a long-time music and film enthusiast, with a particular soft spot (and strong opinions) for 90s classics. When he’s not chasing after his 4-year-old son, he also enjoys staying active and trains in Muay Thai in his spare time.
