Paul is a highly respected executive consultant, leading Eton Bridge Partners’ Interim HR Practice and supporting the business as Client Relationship Director. He has over 20 years’ experience supporting C-suite leaders through business transformation and leadership change. With a strong background in HR leadership, alongside extensive experience in interim management and executive search, Paul is a trusted partner to organisations navigating complex people and talent challenges.

Alongside his role as Client Relationship Director, Paul leads our Interim HR specialism, bringing deep expertise in supporting organisations through periods of change, growth, and transition. His practical understanding of HR leadership enables him to align talent solutions with broader business and cultural objectives. As Client Relationship Director, Paul acts as a central point of contact for clients, ensuring strong collaboration, clear communication, and a consistently high-quality experience. He works closely with clients and internal teams to proactively address issues, gather feedback, and connect clients with the right expertise across the business.

Paul recognises the pivotal role leaders play in steering organisations through change and prioritises long-term partnerships built on trust, transparency, and mutual success. Proud moment

My proudest moment was completing the 2021 London Marathon in under four hours (pretty good with my little legs), raising over £5,000 for charity.

Most memorable day

The birth of my 2 children – can’t choose between them… (in public anyway) so they are my two most memorable days.
