Meet Paul

Paul is a highly respected executive consultant with over 20 years of experience, at the forefront of business transformation, supporting C-suite leaders to align with visionary organisations. With an extensive background in interim management and executive search, Paul has become a trusted partner for companies navigating the complex landscape of attracting great talent.

Paul recognises the pivotal role leaders play in steering companies through change. He prioritises these partnerships with industry leaders and has built relationships that foster collaboration and respect for mutual success.

Paul is a qualified RFU coach and spends his Sundays coaching a U17 rugby team of which his son is a member. If he gets any time to himself, he is a keen sportsman, enjoying tennis and golf.

Proud moment

My proudest moment was completing the 2021 London Marathon in under four hours (pretty good with my little legs), raising over £5,000 for charity.

Most memorable day

The birth of my 2 children – can’t choose between them… (in public anyway) so they are my two most memorable days.
