Ross has over 10 years’ experience in executive level interim appointments, with a focus on Business Transformation & Technology with a genuine specialism in Procurement, Supply Chain & Operations. She has worked with a diverse client base from global businesses to SMEs across private and public sectors.
Ross has been recognised as a Leading Interim Provider Consultant in the Institute of Interim Management Survey; her success is accompanied by Eton Bridge Partners being named as the #1 provider of Interim Managers 2021 by the IIM.
Prior to joining Eton Bridge, Ross worked in global award winning and boutique recruitment agencies and managed the Interim function for a leading procurement and supply chain business for 7 years.
“Business Transformation” includes any kind of functional change such as procurement, supply chain and operations, IT/digital, HR, sales and marketing, through to broader operational excellence, M&A activity, profit improvement and company turnarounds.
Ross is passionate about developing and maintaining long term relationships and her breadth of recruitment experience across her markets enables her to partner effectively with board level executives, many of whom she has been working with for a number of years.
