Ross has nearly 20 years’ experience in executive level appointments, with a genuine specialism in Procurement, Supply Chain & Operations. Ross has an impressive track record in delivering high-end Procurement, Supply Chain & Operations leadership and board-level roles in PE and VC backed organisations, FSTE 100, 250 and 350 and AIM listed firms. She thoroughly enjoys finding the best possible talent for some of the most highly rated organisations globally.

Prior to joining Eton Bridge, Ross worked in global award winning and boutique recruitment agencies and managed the Interim function for a leading procurement and supply chain business for 7 years.

Ross is passionate about developing and maintaining long term relationships and her breadth of recruitment experience across her markets enables her to partner effectively with board level executives, many of whom she has been working with throughout her career. Ross has strong commercial acumen and takes a pro-active approach to the recruitment market, ensuring that her candidates and clients have a considered and honest view of the market and exposure to market leading programmes.
