Meet Ross

Ross is our Chief Financial Officer who is responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that support the company’s objectives. He has significant financial management experience which was gained in quoted, private and private equity-backed businesses.

In a career spanning more than 20 years in the recruitment and consultancy sectors, Ross has built successful Business Finance functions throughout his career. He excels in developing strategic partnerships with leaders, bridging the gap between operational decisions and financial targets.

During his time at ManpowerGroup, Ross played a key role in helping the group grow organically and via a buy-and-build strategy with successful M&A experience. He has extensive experience within international expansion and building out company infrastructure.

Ross lives in Peterborough with his wife Abby and two children Grayson and India. At the weekends, Ross spends his time travelling across Cambridgeshire, supporting Grayson in his love of cricket, tennis and football.
